About the Founder,
Melina Maghazehi:
With experience in teaching, immersive learning design, ed tech, and personal development, Melina is passionate about helping young people build the skills and confidence they need to thrive beyond the classroom.
Melina spent the last two years connecting with school founders, leaders, and educators worldwide; listening to their stories, learning from their experiences and exchanging ideas.
That’s how the School Matrix was born: a big-picture framework that maps out the essential pillars of the ideal 21st-century school. Melina is now working on collaboratively developing blueprints and implementation steps for each pillar, because she deeply believes in the power of collaboration to redefine the future of education.
